ABSTRACT
This report is motivated by the interests of the English language learning especially preparing reports on the interview . Through this report , the authors aim to represent the results of the interview on broiler farms . A common problem in this report are tips to develop a chicken farm and run the business . The method used is direct interviews with sources . Sources of data in this report is a businessman chickens in Metro City , specifically in the district of North Metro . In the era of the times that the workforce is growing rapidly , an entrepreneur must be able to adjust to things like this . Moreover, an employer must also have sufficient ability to work in the world of work is rapidly increasing . A chicken farm entrepreneur can be quite successful with perkerjaannya .With capitalize skills and hobbies as well as the hard work he did to bring it into a success . With these tips and with whom he has worked closely with a company , he can gain so much sustenance . Whatever problems he faces in his job . He is always looking for ways to cope with both . As well as doing therapy for the chickens to get accustomed to the surprising thing that can make the dead chickens .

therefore we interviewed one Chicken Breeders housed in Metro, the company is
namely Ranch Chicken " River dam Shower So " subdistrict Metro Utara
, district Metro.

interview him.

A : About two years ago , in 2011 .

since I use so labor costs needed greater . As for my chicken cooperate with
the company . So I just set up a cage , lights , and labor while the chicken is
prepared by companies who work with me .

Just so , we work closely with the company does not lose and also not very
profitable, if the price of chicken rose that company profit if the price of
chicken dropped and became the company lose . I am selling prices to remain
unchanged despite firm Chicken prices rise or down because I 've been doing
contract so keep it that way .

A : The reason it's yes , because working with
the company . This type of company require Chickens for sale .

A : Yes , this was also the best-selling

A : Because this land , the first self-owned so
no need to pay to rent a place then here the atmosphere is suitable to be used
as a chicken farm .

A : Actually I originally had no intention of
working picky , my servant is initially turned off by the Metro former district
head job in 2007 until now I was not working , so I think about it than no job
then I am steadfast in this effort . Apart from that I also can creates jobs
for my employees this sekaranag .

A : It's from the first , as a child but I am
happy to maintain Chickens that I care for my hometown .

A : Yeah exactly once , so in addition I have
benefited this work is also one of my hobbies .

A : As per the size of the enclosure , there

A : There are two places, namely Java and
Palembang .
